Investors in the Guardian Mortgage Fund have will receive a fourth partial repayment of capital from the Fund of 10% on the 7th December. To date, Guardian Trust has repaid 35% of investors capital from the Fund, and with the completion of the fourth partial repayment will bring that total to 45% since the decision was taken to wind up the Fund in February.

Whilst the environment continues to be difficult, the company is carefully managing loans in the Fund to obtain the best outcome for investors.
