You can choose from:

• Full trustee services – Guardian Trust is appointed as the trustee or co-trustee and will prudently manage all aspects of your trust, undertaking all administrative, management and compliance responsibilities.
• Trust monitoring service – Guardian Trust provides a number of regular administrative functions if you wish to act as trustee for your own trust but don’t want the administrative burden of ensuring you meet all regulatory and compliance issues.
• Flexi Trust service – Guardian Trust provides the legal documentation to set-up the trust for you to act as trustee, with any other ongoing administrative or management services selected by you on a ‘pick ‘n mix’ basis.
