Christchurch Earthquake Update
February 2011
Our thoughts are with the people of Canterbury following the tragic events of February 22 , and with those around the country who are experiencing devastating personal loss. If you have been affected by the earthquake, we are here to support you, and are committed to doing everything we can to assist.
We are operating services for all Canterbury clients from outside the city until further notice, and are guided by the Civil Defence state of emergency guidelines. Please do not hesitate to call us on 0800 801 135 during this time.

- If you have any immediate questions about your insurance with Vero ph 0800 808 121. For clients with insurance cover elsewhere please call us on 0800 801 135.
- Emergency animal welfare incidents can be reported on 03 366 3886. Anyone who has lost an animal for more than 24 hours, or found one can register on www.petsonthenet.co.nz. Phone reports will be accepted for those without internet access on 07 868 558.
- Lifeline helplines are up and running for those who just need to talk on 0800 543 354 (or if number overloaded 0800 111 757).
